The jury awarded $464,037 in back and front pay. After the verdict, post-trial motions were filed and the trial judge denied requests for a new trial or to vacate the jury verdict.  We are proud and happy to announce that the judge, on our motion, has now awarded $295,431 in counsel fees, pre-judgment interest and an amount to cover negative tax consequences. This brings the total recovery in court to $759,468.
