Norman Perlberger Wins Age-Discrimination Trial for
Former Boeing Employee
After a week-long trial, a federal jury has awarded $636,329 (back pay, front pay & liquidated damages, based upon a finding of willfulness).
Lead counsel who successfully prosecuted this case was the firm's managing partner, Norman Perlberger. A Motion to Mold Verdict is pending to add prejudgment interest and an award for tax consequences and to compel Boeing to pay attorney's fees, costs and expenses. The Motion seeks a molding of the verdict with a target of $1 Million. Before trial, an offer of $100,000 was rejected.
